My experience spans financial services, professional services, technology and the energy transition, built over more than 20 years. I have advised global organisations including ABB, PwC, HSBC, Prudential Group, Aviva, Deloitte, ACCA and Unum.

I also work with fast-growing and innovative businesses, particularly those navigating major inflection points where emerging technologies, regulation and stakeholder expectations are evolving rapidly – across sectors from pharmaceuticals to digital reinsurance.

Natalie Sutton

I am a strategic communications and business transformation adviser with over 25 years’ experience working with boards and executive teams at global technology and industrial organisations, including IBM, BT, Fujitsu, ABB and IFS.

I founded and scaled an award-winning agency, which I successfully exited in 2019. This experience informs my approach – combining a founder’s commercial instinct with the discipline required to deliver sustained organisational change.

I work with organisations at defining moments, including transformation programmes, M&A, leadership transitions and the increasing need to communicate clearly and credibly on sustainability.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture and narrative – helping leadership teams define and communicate positioning that aligns organisations, engages stakeholders and drives action.

As a certified Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, I support leaders in building confidence, alignment and clarity.

I am also a mentor with The King’s Trust and a trustee of the Inner Circle Educational Trust.
