With more than 20 years’ experience advising organisations operating in complex and highly regulated environments, I founded Ve Strategic to support executive teams and boards at moments where clarity, judgement and stakeholder confidence are critical.

I advise leadership teams through periods of transformation, regulatory scrutiny and heightened public attention – helping them navigate complexity, align strategy and maintain trust with investors, regulators and wider stakeholders.

My experience spans financial services, professional services, technology and the energy transition. I've advised global organisations including ABB, PwC, ACCA, Prudential Group, Aviva, Deloitte and Unum, supporting senior leaders as they manage strategic change, reputational risk and external scrutiny

Having led global communications functions and built governance frameworks across international organisations, I bring particular expertise in crisis and issues management, executive communications, ESG and sustainability positioning, and complex stakeholder engagement.
